Let me start by introducing myself. I am Dina and I have started this new venture, my business, D Squared Solutions.
Why D Squared Solutions. The answer is two fold. One, my name starting with a D and secondly Delta. It is a change in my life. A new way of thinking and a new journey. That’s how D Squared came into fruition.
A bit about myself. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant. I have over 17 years experience in the financial services industry. I have also 11 years experience of being a mum. I don’t know what is more difficult.
The reason for this blog page is to keep you updated on accounting, tax and general business updates.

Hi Dina
Given the number of people who are losing their jobs due to retrenchment and company closures, they are forced to become entrepreneurs. Maybe write some tips on how they should structure their company, or how to save tax in simple ways

Hi Terence, That is one on my to do list. I had a client asking me about tax structuring in terms of the most effective method of structuring a business. His scenario is a bit different but I will look at the different ways of setting up a business. Thanks for your suggestion.
